Four steps from first visit to a plan you own outright.
Property survey
We walk the yard and take real measurements — setbacks, slope, tree canopy, power lines, existing utilities. The constraints get recorded before anything gets drawn.
Mapping
Current GIS mapping software turns the survey into an accurate site model, so the design is drawn against the actual lot rather than a rough sketch.
3D renderings
You get the design as 3D imagery, not a floor plan you have to interpret. Shade, sight lines, and how the space feels from the back door all become obvious.
Screen-share walkthrough
We go through the design together on a call, change what needs changing, and finish with plans you can hand to a builder — ours or anyone else's.
